Tehran, March 21, IRNA -- The city of Safwan in southern Iraq, near   
the Kuwaiti border, collapsed Friday as US and British troops pushed  
ahead in the second day of their invasion, the Al-Arabiyya television 
said.                                                                 
    Fox News aired live footage of Iraqi columns handing themselves   
over to the British Royal Marines who were seen groping up and down   
the bodies of the surrendering soldiers.
